Job Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Leads the business development of multi business/categories including Infant & Pediatric, Adult and Medical Nutrition and ensures implementation of the annual distributor/customer plans that are aligned with overall Nutrition & Health business and customer strategies to deliver sustainable and profitable growth.

  • Lead the end-to-end management and growth of the Business Growth Solutions (BGS) portfolio, including Infant & Pediatric Nutrition, Adult Nutrition, and Medical Nutrition.
  • Deliver agreed sales and business performance targets with distributors and customers, including growth, profitability, and forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and execute customer and distributor business plans aligned with company objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Manage commercial terms, promotional activities, and customer initiatives to support business growth across the three nutrition categories.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Customer Development, and Operations, to ensure plans are aligned and executed effectively.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
  • Partner with regional and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high service standards.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Regulatory Affairs teams to support new product launches, product listings, and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with Nestlé's policies, principles, and business standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Category Management, or Channel Development, with a strong track record of delivering sustainable growth and commercial results.
  • 3+ years of Key Account Management or Customer Development experience; experience with pharmacy chains, Mom & Baby retailers, or healthcare-related customers is a strong advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end commercial landscape, including Sales, Customer Development, Business Development, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain.
  • Proven success managing multiple categories, channels, and customer accounts in a dynamic business environment.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive results through others.
