The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving growth and expanding the company footprint in this sector. With a deep understanding of production control, market trends, and customer preferences, the BDM will identify new business opportunities, build strong partnerships, and develop strategies to enhance the company presence both locally and internationally.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market Research Analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer data to inform business decisions.
- Strategic Planning Develop strategies for expansion, partnerships, and new product offerings.
- Customer Experience Enhance customer interactions to align with the brands identity.
- Product Development Lead product innovation to meet market demands.
- Business Expansion Oversee new product launches and market entries.
- Stakeholder Management Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Sales & Revenue Drive sales growth and track performance.
- Financial Management Analyze financials, manage payroll, and approve expenses.
- Negotiation Secure favorable contracts with franchises and vendors.
- Project Management Oversee new initiatives and ensure successful execution.
- Networking Represent the company at events and lead business reviews.

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent;
- At least 5 working experiences;
- Good at tasks management and tasks delegation;
- Good command of English both spoken and written;
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationship build on-trust;
- Communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations;
- Ability to work well under pressure and within short deadlines;
