About the Role:
Based in Budapest, this role drives sales and market expansion across Eastern Europe for industrial bearing products. You will develop new business, manage distributors and key accounts, and execute regional sales strategies while working closely with global teams to achieve sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop industrial clients across Hungary and the wider CEE region, including automotive, machinery, and wind energy sectors
Conduct targeted visits to identify and acquire new customers
Implement localized pricing strategies aligned with Hungarian procurement practices
Build and manage distribution channels by recruiting qualified local agents
Oversee the full sales cycle from inquiry to payment, ensuring compliance with Hungarian VAT regulations
Coordinate with technical teams to resolve customer inquiries and provide product support
Requirements
3–5+ years of successful sales experience in industrial products (bearings, mechanical components, automotive parts, electromechanical equipment)
Proven experience in Eastern European markets, particularly Hungary
Demonstrated success in developing new markets and building customer networks from scratch
Experience working with OEM customers and/or large distributors
Language proficiency:
Hungarian (Speaking, reading, and Writing)
English (Speaking, reading, and Writing)
