What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals

  • Work with the sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques

  • Increase market share by developing new opportunities at target accounts through proactive sales activities within the local metropolitan market

  • Continually expand business relationships through networking activities

  • Ensure customers' expectations are being met throughout the process

  • Recruit Business Development Associates and/or Sales Associates to maintain a strong sales force

  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of Business Development Associates and/or Sales Associates

  • Consistently strive to improve phone skills and product knowledge, conduct training as necessary

What are the requirements for this job?

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Previous experience in sales or marketing (automotive industry experience preferred)

  • Extensive customer service, sales, or telemarketing experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and effectively communicate information

  • Ability to multi-task and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours

  • Strong computer skills

This position may pay up to $100,000 annually.
