Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze local auto parts market, capture market trends, competition, client demands and potential opportunities. Formulate and implement regional business plans and sales strategies.
2. Develop, negotiate with and manage key clients in the area. Understand clients’ operation and procurement processes, and provide customized solutions.
3. Cooperate with teams in China HQ to deliver timely support and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years of B2B sales experience in Russia automotive aftermarket.
Rich experience in offline B2B sales & client management; business incubation experience preferred.
3. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. Able to tackle complex business and client issues. Adaptable to high-pressure international business environment.
4. Result-driven and passionate. Available for overseas business trips.
