GardaWorld Cash Services is growing its sales team and seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our ATM and independent sales organization business. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will develop new customer relationships and grow revenue by aligning ATM cash servicing needs with GardaWorld’s capabilities.

This role focuses on ATM operators, independent sales organizations (ISOs), and organizations managing ATM portfolios. You will use your knowledge of the ATM industry to understand network requirements, engage decision-makers, and develop commercially sound service proposals.

Location: Remote – Must be in the United States

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually + commission

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute an account capture strategy targeting ATM operators, ISOs, and other organizations responsible for ATM networks.
• Prospect for new business, qualify customer needs, and identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
• Conduct discovery discussions covering ATM locations, cash servicing requirements, service frequency, network growth, and performance expectations.
• Partner with operations to assess coverage and service feasibility and develop tailored ATM cash replenishment and related service proposals.
• Build relationships with customer executives and stakeholders across operations, treasury, procurement, and vendor management.
• Coordinate RFP responses, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate new and renewal agreements within company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts and coordinate implementation handoffs with operations and customer relationship teams.
• Meet or exceed revenue, new customer acquisition, and profit margin targets while supporting a collaborative sales culture.

Skills and Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum of three years of progressive sales experience with demonstrated revenue growth and quota achievement.
• Experience in the ATM industry is required, with an understanding of ATM operators, ISOs, and ATM cash servicing needs.
• Business development experience in ATM services, cash logistics, ATM deployment, or related payment services preferred.
• Ability to translate network and service requirements into proposals in partnership with operations.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to manage sales involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally; bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; ability to maintain accurate records in sales systems.

Travel Requirements:

• Ability to travel 30–50% based on business needs, team support, and customer requirements.
