Job Description

Optimum Health Solutions

$120,000 + Super + Incentive Program | Hybrid | Senior Clinician Opportunity

Optimum Health Solutions is a growing, multi-location, multi-discipline allied health organisation supporting clients across NSW. We are known for delivering high-quality clinical services, investing in our people, and building strong referral partnerships across NDIS, private, corporate and community sectors.

As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Business Development Manager who combines senior clinical expertise with commercial growth capability.

The Opportunity:

This is a hybrid leadership role designed for a senior allied health clinician ready to step into commercial growth and partnership development, while maintaining a manageable clinical caseload of approximately 15 billable hours per week.

The clinical component ensures you remain connected to service delivery and referral pathways, while the primary focus of the role is driving sustainable revenue growth, partnerships, and strategic expansion.

Over time, there is scope for the role to evolve further into full commercial leadership as growth objectives are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Growth (Primary Focus)

• Drive new referral partnerships across NDIS, private, medico-legal, corporate and community sectors

• Identify and secure new growth opportunities across existing and emerging markets

• Develop and execute local and regional growth strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with support coordinators, case managers, GPs, specialists and key stakeholders

• Monitor revenue trends and contribute to forecasting and performance reporting

• Support service expansion into new regions, programs or disciplines

• Represent Optimum at industry events, networking forums and community engagement initiatives

Clinical Delivery:

• Maintain a billable clinical caseload aligned to your discipline

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based services

• Contribute clinical insight to inform service design and growth initiatives

• Uphold professional registration and compliance standards

About You:

• Tertiary qualification and full registration in an allied health discipline such as Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Behaviour Support

• Minimum 5 years’ clinical experience with demonstrated seniority

• Proven ability to build and maintain referral networks

• Strong commercial awareness with confidence discussing service value and outcomes

• Ability to balance clinical delivery with growth and partnership targets

• Highly relational, proactive and self-driven

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling organisation

What We Offer:

• $120,000 + Super

• Incentive program linked to revenue growth and partnership outcomes

• Hybrid working model

• Clear pathway toward senior commercial leadership

• Direct impact on organisational growth strategy

• Supportive leadership team and strong clinical culture

Why This Role is Different:

This is not a pure sales role. It is a strategic growth position grounded in clinical credibility. We are seeking someone who understands service delivery, can speak confidently with senior stakeholders, and can convert relationships into sustainable, ethical growth.

Apply now with your CV and a short cover letter outlining your interest in the role and your experience in driving referral and revenue growth.
