In addition to payment processing, Antom delivers digital marketing solutionsthrough A+ Rewards—an adaptable marketing mini program/SDK integratedinto e-wallets and payment apps. This platform enhances interactions betweenbrands and customers, enabling global merchants to distribute a wide rangeof discounts to users of various digital payment platforms, ultimately helpingthem acquire and retain consumers. Job OverviewWe are seeking a results-driven aviation and travel expert to acquire newmerchant accounts within the aviation economy. You will own the end-to-endsales cycle for a targeted portfolio of EMEA Headquartered airlines. You willleverage your deep sector expertise to promote our tailored payment, payout,and embedded finance solutions, directly addressing the complex challengesof airline merchants. Key Responsibilities Vertical-Focused Client Retention and Acquisition: A hybrid function- Prospect and secure new airline merchant customers as well as day-to-day account management and upselling of new solutions to existingclients by developing strategic relationships while value-based selling. Full-Cycle Sales Ownership: Build and manage a robust pipeline.Navigate complex sales cycles from prospecting to close, consistentlydelivering against targets for wins and account growth. Consultative Solution Selling: Act as a trusted advisor and aviationpayments expert on Antom’s payment stack and group services,articulating the value of our solutions for airlines and travel platforms. Strategic Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross-functional internalstakeholders during high profile pursuits. Act as the deal team“quarterback” to develop compelling proposals and ensure a superiorclient implementation experience. Market Intelligence: Maintain authoritative knowledge of trends withinthe travel and aviation sector, including competitor activity and relevantregulatory landscapes. Use these insights to inform strategy andposition Antom as the expert partner for aviation.Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in sales and account management with directexperience in payments, fintech, or SaaS, specifically targeting airlinesand large market travel accounts. Deep understanding of the payment, operational, and growthchallenges specific to the travel and airline sector, including knowledgeof key travel and airline industry players and solutions (GDS’, IATA, BSPetc) Demonstrable experience selling complex solutions to c-suite, heads offinance, treasury, heads of payments or technical decision-makers. Ability to operate effectively as an independent contributor (IC),managing a strategic pipeline with minimal supervision. Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills. Proficient in English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
