We’re looking for a Business Development Manager – After Sales to join our Breast and Skeletal Health team supporting Australia and New Zealand. The Hologic Breast Health portfolio is known for its cutting-edge technology and a portfolio synonymous with the gold standard for women’s health.
In this newly created role, you’ll be at the forefront of driving adoption, growth, and optimization of software subscriptions and system upgrades across our installed base of mammography systems. Your focus will be on maximizing customer lifetime value, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and aligning our solutions with the clinical and operational goals of our customers. You’ll work closely with Territory Managers and other Hologic team members to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience, while also leading strategic after-sales initiatives and building strong relationships with key thought leaders in the field.

So, what do we need from you?
We are looking for born salespeople to join us. Those who have a passion for building relationships and driving commercial outcomes. You are a natural communicator, confident with strong customer service and time management skills with an ability to function autonomously as a field-based representative, while also collaborating within the broader team. You have the ability to be flexible to your customers’ needs and are patient and supportive towards them. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do.
You are commercially minded and have the drive and commitment to succeed. To be successful, you will need a Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in Medical Science, Biomedical, Business or a related discipline) along with previous experience selling to a variety of healthcare facilities, and are comfortable introducing software and cloud-based services. A proven track record in managing customer relationships and driving revenue growth is essential. You are passionate, positive and committed to making a difference.
Success in this role requires advanced knowledge of clinical terminology in a radiology environment, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement positive change. Experience working across both public and private health sectors, as well as the ability to deliver impactful presentations and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, will set you apart.
You will need a clean driving record, a full Australian driver's license and be comfortable with travelling regularly, including occasional regional travel. You will be eligible to live and work in Australia.
