The Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Business Development Manager – Enterprise & Multi-Bay Customers to join our Sales team, based in Sydney CBD.

This is a key commercial role focused on driving sustainable revenue growth through new business acquisition, retention and growth of enterprise customers, and increased adoption of our digital parking solutions.

You will take ownership of opportunities from prospecting and qualification through to commercial assessment, negotiation, close and onboarding, while developing strong relationships across the property and enterprise sectors.

This is a key role for us, so we are looking for someone who not only has a strong track record in business development, but also brings established relationships they can leverage across REITs, landlords and the broader commercial property sector.

Responsibilities:

• Generate, qualify and convert new enterprise and large multi-bay business opportunities
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, landlord relationships, referral channels and inbound opportunities
• Develop commercially viable proposals, pricing responses and customer solutions
• Lead negotiations and manage opportunities from initial discovery through to deal close and operational handover
• Build and maintain strong relationships with REITs, landlords, property partners and enterprise customers
• Manage key customer renewals, retention strategies and opportunities for revenue and yield growth
• Identify opportunities to grow adoption of Wilson Parking's digital solutions across existing and prospective customers
• Maintain accurate pipeline, revenue forecasts and CRM activity
• Work closely with internal teams including Pricing, Revenue, Finance, Legal, Operations and Key Account Management
• Provide market and customer insights to support the continued development of our products, solutions and customer experience

Our ideal applicants will have:

• Senior-level experience in business development and B2B sales, ideally within parking, property, commercial real estate, facilities management or digital solutions
• Established relationships and networks across REITs, landlords and the commercial property sector, with the ability to leverage these relationships to generate new opportunities
• Demonstrated success building pipelines, winning new business and delivering revenue growth
• Proven experience managing complex sales opportunities from qualification through negotiation, approval and close
• Strong commercial acumen with experience developing proposals, negotiating agreements and structuring commercially viable deals
• Experience managing enterprise or large corporate customers, including retention, renewal and account-growth strategies
• Strong prospecting and networking capability with a proactive, results-focused approach
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Confidence influencing senior customers and internal stakeholders
• Strong sales discipline with experience in forecasting, pipeline management, reporting and CRM management
• Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively across a geographically diverse portfolio
