Job Overview

A professional Business Development Executive with proven cross-border trucking project development experience to drive the growth of DSV domestic and international road business in China. This role focuses on developing cross-border trucking, China-South Asia, Central Asia road lanes, and securing new corporate clients and cross-border transportation projects. The candidate must have practical experience in cross-border trucking project sales and end-to-end road solution closing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and expand DSV cross-border road business, focusing on cross-border trucking project development, including TIR highway transportation, border crossing operation, cross-border distribution and reverse logistics projects.
2. Prospect, negotiate and close new corporate customers covering manufacturing, FMCG, healthcare, cross-border e-commerce and multinational enterprises.
3. Cooperate with operation, pricing and overseas teams to design customized cross-border trucking logistics solutions, ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
4. Achieve annual/quarterly revenue, volume and profit targets; build and manage sales pipeline with standard Dynamic reporting.

Required Qualifications & Experience (Core Hard Requirement)

1. Mandatory: 2+ years verified working experience in cross-border trucking / international road freight project development and sales; candidates without cross-border trucking project experience will not be considered.
2. Familiar with China cross-border highway transportation rules, TIR operation process, major border ports (Alashankou, Khorgos, Youyiguan etc.) and cross-border clearance procedures.
3. Solid client resources of multinational enterprises, cross-border e-commerce brands or industrial manufacturing customers is preferred.
4. Good commercial sensitivity, independent business negotiation ability and tender bidding experience.
5. Fluent in oral and written English for daily international business communication and email correspondence.
6. Proactive, target-driven, able to withstand sales pressure and expand market independently.
