Summary

Support the growth of our Northern Ireland retail business through a blend of field sales activity, customer account management, and commercial support, delivering increased distribution and visibility across key convenience channels.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the growth of sales and distribution across the Northern Ireland convenience and independent retail market.
• Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of smaller customer accounts.
• Identify and secure new opportunities for product listings and brand visibility within independent stores.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance, promotional execution, and distribution opportunities.
• Provide commercial administration support, including reporting, customer documentation, and sales analysis.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver customer plans and commercial objectives.
• Support key accounts.
• Assist in business development activities to drive sustainable sales growth across the territory.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a sales, commercial, account management, or field-based role would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a desire to develop a career in commercial sales.
• Able to analyse information and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Highly organised with strong administrative and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with wider teams.
• A commercially aware individual with a customer-focused mindset.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Northern Ireland.
