In this role, you will identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the Analytical and Detection portfolio. Working collaboratively with account managers, customers, and technical experts, you will help solve complex customer challenges, demonstrate the value of innovative solutions, and drive sustainable business growth across the region. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers while leveraging market insights and technical expertise to create meaningful business impact.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Identify, create, and pursue new business opportunities for assigned products and solutions, independently and in partnership with account managers.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders, technical experts, and decision-makers to understand business challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, presentations, and consultative engagements that demonstrate the value of Emerson's Analytical and Detection solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations, customer evaluations, testing activities, and validation processes to support solution adoption and qualification.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement through successful order placement.
• Collaborate with account managers to develop key accounts, maximize business potential, and enable future solution expansion opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, industry developments, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify growth opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
• Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products, solutions, and customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, customer, and project information within CRM and business management systems.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, integrity, and customer focus in all interactions and activities.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Proven experience in field sales, account management, Business Development Management or a similar customer-facing role.
• Engineering background or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with customers in industrial sectors such as chemical, energy, refining, oil and gas, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Poland and Baltics region to meet customers.
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand technical needs and translate them into effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience working in a matrix or global organization.
• Experience in Gas and Liquid Measurement, Gas Chromatography and Gas Detection Systems.
• Familiarity with instrumentation or industrial automation products.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines and customer data.
• Understanding of customer applications and processes within relevant industries.
