Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new customers, projects, and market opportunities, while achieving assigned sales, revenue, and business growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, engineering companies, contractors, consultants, enterprise/end-user customers, and other key industry partners.
• Identify customer requirements and work closely with Pre-Sales, Product, Technical, and other internal teams to develop and present suitable Dahua security, ICT, and integrated solutions.
• Manage the full business development and project sales cycle, including prospecting, customer visits, opportunity development, proposals, presentations, negotiations, project follow-up, and closing.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensure accurate and timely recording of customer and project opportunities in company systems, and provide regular sales forecasts and business updates.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities and strengthen Dahua’s market position.
• Represent Dahua in customer meetings, product demonstrations, seminars, exhibitions, and industry events, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure strong customer support and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar industry
• Strong business development and client acquisition background
• Proven ability to generate business and build industry relationships
• Willing to report onsite occasionally for alignment meetings with the manager
