Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Sales Strategy & Market Intelligence

    • Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify and capitalise on sales growth opportunities.

    • Provide market-driven input into the New Product Development (NPD) process based on customer insights and emerging market needs.

    • Conduct competitive analysis and develop targeted action plans to strengthen market positioning and drive revenue growth.

  2. Key Account Development & Management

    • Manage key accounts across the electrical industry, strengthen mutual cooperation, and lead / drive tailored solutions development through effective external and internal communications.

    • Identify and engage electrical contractors, wholesalers, and project developers, and actively pursue partnerships with high-potential customers to expand the customer base.

  3. End User Focus

    • Gain in-depth understanding of end users’ requirements across solar/energy, electricity transmission, and data centre sectors, and broader electrical industry trends.

    • Focus on solar/energy, electricity transmission, and data centre applications, identifying unmet customer needs to drive targeted sales efforts.

    • Develop and deepen sales relationships with electrical contractors, project managers, and other key end user segments, exploring new business opportunities and account models.

  4. Electrical Wholesale Channel Establishment

    • Develop and establish an electrical wholesale channel strategy, identifying and onboarding suitable wholesale partners to build a scalable route to market.

    • Manage and grow relationships with electrical wholesalers, optimising pricing and incentive structures to drive adoption and channel loyalty.

    • Explore new go-to-market approaches within the electrical wholesale sector to expand reach and accelerate revenue growth.

  5. Industry Engagement & Competitor Intelligence

    • Participate in electrical industry events, trade associations, and forums to raise Emerson professional tool brand awareness and influence.

    • Monitor key competitors’ activities, product updates, and market movements to inform sales strategy.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year university.

  • At least 5+ years of MNC working experience in a sales or product marketing role in B2B business.

  • Proven experience in new product promotion and execution in business development.

  • Good English capability, both oral and written.

  • Good computer skills.

  • Strong communication capability and the ability to work independently with a results‑oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Engineering or business background preferred.

  • MBA is a plus.
