Job Description

Kaizen Asset Management Services is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and nurturing client relationships in the asset management sector. You will play a key role in expanding our market reach and enhancing our service portfolio to better serve our clients.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of developing and executing effective business development strategies aligned with Kaizen’s goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities and new markets for asset management services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure alignment and support of business development efforts.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of business development activities in the CRM system.
• Represent Kaizen Asset Management Services at industry events and networking opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, achievements, and forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, preferably within asset management or financial services.
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding business development targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of asset management industry and market trends is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license is desirable.
