Business Development
Identify and develop new Energy Efficiency business opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, EPC contractors, and strategic partners.
Conduct customer meetings to understand operational challenges and identify energy-saving opportunities.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals and lead customer presentations.
Negotiate contracts and support project closing activities.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.
Technical Solution Development
Conduct site surveys and collect operational and utility consumption data.
Analyze customers' energy usage and identify opportunities for Energy Efficiency improvements.
Develop conceptual solutions including:
HVAC optimization
Chiller replacement or optimization
Heat pump systems
Cooling systems
Cold storage optimization
Building Energy Management Systems (BMS)
Waste heat recovery
Other thermal and electrical energy-saving solutions
Perform preliminary engineering calculations, energy simulations, and savings estimations.
Calculate energy savings, CO₂ emission reductions, project CAPEX, OPEX, and financial returns.
Proposal & Project Support
Prepare technical proposals, investment analyses, and customer presentations.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams during project development.
Liaise with equipment manufacturers and suppliers regarding technical specifications and pricing.
Support project handover after contract award.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Energy Efficiency, HVAC, Mechanical Systems, Building Services, or Industrial Utilities.
Experience with commercial and industrial customers is preferred.
Previous experience in ESCO or energy solution companies is an advantage.
