The Role

As a BDM, you’ll take full ownership of your business area—driving high-value landlord acquisition and consistently delivering strong revenue performance.

You’ll operate with greater autonomy, making strategic decisions on deals, pricing, and service positioning, while maintaining a high level of activity and conversion.

What You’ll Do

• Own and grow a high-value landlord pipeline
• Drive consistent new business through multiple channels
• Make strategic decisions on deal structure and service offering
• Lead negotiations on larger and more complex instructions
• Collaborate with operations to maximise profitability
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and reporting
• Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong track record in business development, ideally in lettings or BTR
• Excellent commercial awareness and deal-making ability
• Proven ability to consistently exceed targets
• Highly organised and self-sufficient
• Deep understanding of the lettings market and regulations
