Your Role
The Business Development Manager is a quota-bearing individual contributor responsible for selling PSC Biotech’s professional services across validation, quality, engineering, and related disciplines, building new client relationships, and expanding business within assigned accounts/territory. This role is accountable for full-cycle sales execution on opportunities of moderate complexity through disciplined pipeline creation, pursuit execution, and closing, while building effective client relationships and maintaining client satisfaction and retention.

Execute defined business development strategies aligned with overall organizational growth objectives.

Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the life sciences market.

Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and existing customers, fostering strong, long‑term relationships.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging growth opportunities.

Drive client engagement through consultative selling and tailored solution delivery.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue/performance targets; adjust using data-driven insights.

Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure continued partnership success.

Prepare forecasts and support financial planning related to BD activities; provide regular pipeline reporting to senior leadership.

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand market presence and visibility.

Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.

The salary bracket for this role is set between $80,000 - $110,000 annually.
This position is eligible for commission and/or incentive pay as part of the total compensation package. The salary offered may be adjusted based on various factors such as the applicant's qualifications, skills, and professional experience.
