Sell a Market-Leading Product. Own Your Patch. Build a Long-Term Career.

This is an opportunity to represent one of the most respected names in construction products, backed by the scale, security, and ambition of a large, well-established construction group.

As Business Development Manager for the West of Ireland, you’ll take ownership of a well-established territory, selling award-winning lintel solutions that are already specified, trusted, and in demand across the industry.

This is not a “hard sell” role.
It’s about relationships, reputation, and being the go to expert in your region.

What’s In It for You?

Work for a Market Leader with Real Stability

  • Part of a large, financially secure group
  • Long-standing reputation with merchants, contractors and housebuilders
  • Products that are already specified and recognised across the market

Autonomy & Trust in Your Territory

  • Full responsibility for your region
  • Established customer base plus clear room to grow
  • Mix of merchant relationships, project work, and specification-led sales
  • You’ll manage your patch like a business, with support, not micromanagement.

A Role You Can Grow Into

  • Long term career security
  • The chance to broaden responsibility as the business grows
  • A platform within a wider construction group, not a single-site business

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing sales of lintels and associated products across the South of the Republic of Ireland
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and influencers
  • Developing and delivering business plans for key accounts
  • Managing a live project pipeline, from opportunity through to close
  • Protecting and growing market share through service, knowledge and presence
  • Acting as a product and brand ambassador within your region
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience within construction or building products
  • Strong commercial awareness with a customer first mindset
  • Confidence building relationships at multiple levels
  • Comfort working to targets without losing integrity or service quality
  • Organised, self motivated, and accountable
  • Full, clean driving licence

This role suits someone who enjoys:

  • Being out in the field
  • Managing their own time
  • Becoming known and trusted in their region
