Job Description
A rapidly growing software consultancy is looking for a successful Business Development Manager to drive new business as they expand into Europe. With the business having already achieved penetration into large mobile providers, you will be responsible for generating demand and leveraging a wide ranging portfolio of solutions and professional services to drive further into these fields in new countries.
Must be a highly motivated self-starter as you will be responsible for prospecting for new opportunities and leads in the telco space, through proven stakeholder engagement and targeted searches.
Other requirements:
- Create, manage and execute a strategic sales plan that encourages multi-angle access into key account
- Identify, qualify, and close new business within both new and existing accounts
- Develop a detailed understanding of organizational structure, competitive landscape and technology heat map within entire account list
- Work within a team environment; manage internal and external resources to execute account and deal strategy and maximize sales efforts and success rate
- Establish & maintain strong and referenceable relationships with existing client base
- Support demo trials to new clients
- Develop financial modelling and business cases for identified opportunities
