We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue across our real estate and mortgage services.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities and partnerships
Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and digital channels
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, developers, and partners
Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote company offerings
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to convert opportunities
Track business activities, leads, and performance in the CRM system
Meet assigned revenue and growth targets
Proven experience in business development or sales (real estate is an advantage)
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
Comfortable using CRM tools and digital platforms
HND/BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field
