We’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales and business development efforts, grow strategic partnerships, and help us scale across our product offerings.
This is a key role with real ownership, direct impact on company growth, and the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative, international team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, partners, and key industry players.
- Represent DYG at conferences, industry events, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and strong client delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and updates for senior management.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of proven experience in sales or business development within the mobile AdTech industry - must.
- Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and performance marketing - must.
- Proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Experience managing or mentoring sales teams - significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for conferences and client meetings.
- BA/BSc degree in a relevant field.
