About the Role
We are seeking a driven, ambitious, and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing UK-based sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct professional consultative sales meetings with UK-based clients.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
- Handle objections confidently and negotiate effectively to close sales.
- Develop persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Accurately update and maintain CRM records and sales activities.
- Provide regular pipeline forecasts and activity reports to management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Experience using CRM systems.
