About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Execute the Business Unit strategyto drive profitable market share growth
Develop andmaintainrelationships with key customers and vendors
Identifyand onboard new vendors, drivingsalesandoptimizingresults.
Collaborate with sales teamsto enhance market penetration and share of wallet.
Lead negotiationson key tenders and large deals.
Provide structured sales guidanceand enablementtointernal teams.
Ensure customer satisfactionby increasing loyalty and profitability.
Engage with vendor operational, sales, and marketing teams.
Support direct reports and Business Development Executives (BDEs), where applicable.
