The Business Development Manager (Mid-Size Enterprise) will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence. This individual will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunitiesfor enterprise with employee size ranging between 200-300 The Business Development Manager will implement effective sales strategies for Edenred’s diverse product portfolio, focusing on the employee benefit market.

YOUR PROFILE
» 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales in B2B, SaaS software or digital products in mid to large-size clients.
» Good ability to adapt and react to changes. Any changes will be identified to accelerate business growth.
» Possess strong negotiation skills to secure new opportunities in account management, including pricing agreements and contract terms
» Experience in managing sales funnel and negotiating contracts with multiple stakeholders in a complex corporate structure
» Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment and behave extra-mile mindset.
» Experience in undertaking a data-driven approach to account planning
» Ability to work closely with product and marketing teams to bring customer requirements to a reality
» Strong analytical problem-solving approach
» Good cross-functional communication skills
» Bachelor’s degree or above
