Market Expansion:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams within the global wireless, Internet of Things (IoT), and embedded systems markets.
Key Account Management:
Nurture and scale relationships with existing major accounts through a consultative solution-selling approach and proactive relationship management.
Strategic Planning:
Design and execute impactful sales strategies tailored to hit corporate revenue milestones and healthy profit margin targets.
Commercial Negotiations:
Lead end-to-end contract negotiations, pricing structures, commercial terms, and complex proposal submissions.
Program Lifecycle Oversight:
Oversee client programs holistically—guiding projects from initial engineering engagement through to design, development, and mass-production delivery.
Market Intelligence:
Gather and synthesize market trends, technological shifts, and competitor intelligence to feed into senior leadership’s strategic decisions.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology (IT), or a closely related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of solid track record in B2B business development, account management, or technical sales.
Industry Background:
Prior experience in
OEM/ODM sales
within the
Semiconductor, wireless connectivity, or networking hardware
sectors is highly preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and contract negotiation capabilities with an innate ability to interface and cooperate effectively with global cross-functional engineering and procurement teams.
