About the Job

This professional will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers within key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and sustainable business growth. They will proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, directly contributing to the company’s revenue growth. A strong hunter profile is required.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders within assigned strategic accounts.
  • Actively prospect new clients (hunter profile), identifying and generating new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through deal closure.
  • Collaborate with global teams, aligning strategies and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Conduct regular status and strategic meetings with client leadership to understand their needs and connect them with the company’s solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a strong hunter background.
  • Proven experience in business development and account management within complex environments.
  • Advanced English skills (mandatory) for interaction with global teams.
  • Must be based in São Paulo city (will need to visit prospects and attend the office at least once a week).
