We are Baltic Assist, an outsourcing company specializing in innovative remote career solutions. We provide exciting opportunities on a global level, fostering long-term cooperation between top talent and our partners. By cultivating a desirable environment, our people are empowered to excel and engage with a community of diverse professionals. With a commitment to efficiency and innovation, Baltic Assist aims to be the go-to choice for seeking rewarding careers.

What you'll be doing

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Baltic Assist's growth in international markets by combining hands-on B2B sales with strategic partnership development. That means owning the full sales cycle from first outreach to close, building a network of partners who actively refer and collaborate, and representing Baltic Assist in the spaces where business decisions happen. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, but at the end of the day, this is your pipeline, your relationships, and your results.

How you'll spend your day

  • Identifying and pursuing new B2B sales opportunities in nearshoring, virtual staffing, and financial services.
  • Conduct outreach, intro calls, discovery calls, and full sales cycles up to closing.
  • Building and maintaining your own pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships with associations, consulting firms, business networks, and ecosystem organisations.
  • Growing Baltic Assist’s reach in international markets through partner referrals and collaboration programs.
  • Engaging with partner organisations, attending their events, and exploring joint opportunities.
  • Collaborating with marketing on joint initiatives, co‑branded activities, and lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and partner performance.
  • Representing Baltic Assist at selected events, conferences, and partner meetings.
  • Creating partnership roadmaps, defining KPIs, and tracking progress.

You'll be successful if you have

  • 2+ years in B2B partnerships, business development, or sales roles.
  • Experience working with international partners or clients.
  • A proven track record of generating leads and successfully closing deals.
  • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to identify synergy opportunities.
  • Excellent presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
  • Confidence working independently and taking ownership of your targets.
  • Good computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, CRM tools).

What we offer

  • Flexible work options to help you thrive in your career while maintaining a work-life balance.
  • The chance to work in an international environment, collaborating with colleagues and clients across various countries and industries.
  • Private health insurance after 1 year of employment and one fully paid “sick day” per quarter after trial to support you in emergencies.
  • Excellent resources and opportunities for personal and professional development.
  • Company-wide events and monthly team-building activities to foster collaboration and connection.
  • A modern office space located in one of Vilnius' top business centres, with a shared car parking system.
  • Special gifts for key occasions and milestones.
