Join our collaborative commercial team supporting Olink Proteomics, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, as a Business Development Manager. In this role, you will drive growth across the Olink proteomics portfolio by developing strategic relationships with customers in academia, pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, and contract research organizations.
You will identify customer needs, deliver consultative scientific solutions, and build long-term partnerships that enable customer success and business growth. This role combines scientific expertise, strategic account management, and business development to expand Olink’s presence in the proteomics and biomarker discovery market.
You will develop and execute territory and account strategies, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate cross-functionally with Field Application Scientists, Inside Sales, Data Scientists, Scientific Affairs, and other internal stakeholders. Through both in-person and virtual engagement, you will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers leverage Olink technologies to advance research and clinical applications.

顧客ニーズを的確に把握し、科学的かつ戦略的な提案を通じて長期的なパートナーシップを構築し、顧客の成功と事業成長の両立を実現します。科学的知識とビジネス開発力を融合し、プロテオミクスおよびバイオマーカー市場におけるプレゼンス拡大を推進する役割です。
また、Field Application Scientist、Inside Sales、Data Scientist、Scientific Affairsなどの関連部門と連携しながら顧客価値を最大化します。対面およびオンラインでの活動を通じて、顧客の研究・臨床応用を支援するtrusted advisorとして活躍いただきます。
