By cultivating genuine, long-term partnerships, you’ll drive qualified referrals and help more families access the compassionate, reliable in-home care they need.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture meaningful referral relationships throughout the healthcare community.
  • Actively meet with hospitals, doctors, senior communities, and healthcare professionals through consistent visits, presentations, and events.
  • Drive qualified referrals and new care starts that help more seniors remain safely and independently at home.
  • Maintain accurate records of all referral activity in the CRM and regularly report results and opportunities to leadership.

  • A natural networker who excels in a field-based, entrepreneurial, and self-directed environment.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, equally effective building rapport one-on-one or presenting to groups.
  • Driven and accountable, with a strong comfort level around sales quotas, performance metrics, and owning your results.
  • Valid driver’s license and fully comfortable spending the majority of your time (50–80%) in the field building relationships across the community.
  • Willing to chat with clients on all social media channels

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
