Business Development Manager
Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the world’s largest publishers of non-gaming apps. We develop products in the fastest-growing verticals—from Health & Fitness and Education to AI-powered Utilities and Entertainment. Products born within the Genesis ecosystem have been downloaded over 1 billion times, and tens of millions of users worldwide interact with them every month.
Our Business Development team serves as the intersection between the Genesis ecosystem and the world’s largest tech companies: Google, Apple, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and dozens of others. We don’t just maintain partnerships—we shape collaboration strategies and create opportunities that impact the entire Genesis business portfolio.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is ready to work with strategic partners at a level where decisions impact millions of users and who isn’t afraid to take ownership of the results.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities across a portfolio of 70+ companies: exploring new markets, product categories, and monetization strategies. Collaborating with founders, C-level executives, and external partners to turn insights into new ecosystem-wide initiatives;
- Structuring, negotiating, and closing multi-million-dollar partnership agreements; managing complex multi-stakeholder deals involving multiple Genesis companies and global partners;
- Ensuring Genesis businesses get the most out of partnerships with Big Tech—early access to new products, participation in strategic programs, and marketing resources;
- Creating flagship events and initiatives: organizing large-scale summits, workshops, and joint ecosystem events with global technology leaders;
- Driving innovation in BD operations: transforming processes, implementing best practices, and piloting new initiatives that raise the bar for BD operations;
- Building long-term C-level relationships with representatives of global technology companies;
- Representing Genesis to key partners as a brand ambassador.
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of relevant experience at Big Tech companies, leading consulting firms, advertising/marketing platforms, fast-growing tech companies, or similar environments;
- Proven leadership experience and full ownership of strategic projects;
- A track record of achieving outstanding commercial results;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Experience working with C-suite executives and top management at global technology or enterprise companies;
- Analytical thinking and the ability to effectively process and synthesize large volumes of complex information to form strategic conclusions;
- Ability to drive change and implement innovation;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment;
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Would be an advantage:
- Experience in hiring, scaling, and managing high-performing teams;
- Deep understanding of the digital ecosystem, advertising platforms, mobile apps, or the platform economy;
- Knowledge of other languages.
