Job Description

Business Development Manager – Complex Care / Mental Health
Location: North West London (Office-Based)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for two ambitious Business Development Managers to join a growing healthcare provider specialising in Complex Care/Mental Health services. With continued growth across London and surrounding regions, the business is looking to strengthen its commercial team through the appointment of driven and relationship-focused BDMs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, generating new business, and supporting service growth within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth across the Complex Care/Mental Health divisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, commissioners, and key stakeholders
  • Generate new business opportunities across London and surrounding regions
  • Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to support service delivery
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients and opportunities
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry forums
  • Support expansion across Nursing, AHP, and Doctors markets where required
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and account management
  • Contribute to overall commercial growth strategy

Requirements
  • Previous experience within business development, recruitment, or healthcare sales
  • Experience within Complex Care, Mental Health, Nursing, AHP, or Medical staffing is desirable
  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially driven with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced office-based environment
  • Strong organisational and stakeholder management abilities
  • Motivated by growth, targets, and progression opportunities
