Business Development Manager
Join a newly established Business Development team in Malaysia where you’ll pioneer commercial partnerships that expand access to life-changing diabetes and obesity treatments. In this role, you’ll identify and develop strategic alliances across telehealth platforms, pharmacy chains, and private healthcare providers—creating new pathways for patients to access the care they need.
Your new role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how Novo Nordisk expands diabetes and obesity care across Malaysia. Working as a team, you’ll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and create intervention points across the patient journey—from awareness through to adherence.

Business Development team is a newly established team that launched in September 2024, consisting of just three dedicated professionals. Led by a manager with over 25 years of Novo Nordisk experience, the team culture is built on empowerment, trust, and accountability. Your colleagues are hard-working and well-experienced, and you’ll have the freedom to drive initiatives forward as long as deadlines are met.
