Business Development Manager – Complex Care / Domiciliary Care
Location: North England (Remote/Hybrid Flexibility)
Salary: Flexible DOE + Bonus
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a growing healthcare provider delivering high-quality Complex Care and Domiciliary Care services across the UK. The organisation has an established presence within healthcare staffing and care services, supporting individuals with a wide range of complex health and social care needs within community settings. With ambitious growth plans across the North, the business is now looking to strengthen its commercial function through the appointment of a driven and relationship-focused BDM. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and supporting the growth of community care services within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth across the Complex Care and Domiciliary Care divisions
  • Develop relationships with commissioners, case managers, local authorities, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify and secure new care package opportunities across the North
  • Support mobilisation and onboarding of new care packages and services
  • Work closely with operational and clinical teams to ensure successful service delivery
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities
  • Attend networking events, client meetings, and industry forums
  • Support strategic growth plans and market expansion
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development within Complex Care, Domiciliary Care or Healthcare
  • Strong understanding of community care services and commissioning pathways
  • Existing relationships within healthcare or social care markets would be advantageous
  • Commercially driven with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage regional growth activity
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Willingness to travel across the North as required
