Business Development Manager

Push Gaming is an award-winning B2B iGaming studio dedicated to creating premium, mobile-optimised casino games. We are also the innovators behind Prize Flex, our supplier-agnostic rewards and engagement solution that delivers entirely new revenue streams for our customers.

We are looking for a hungry, results-driven and proactive Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion. Whether you are driving our world-class games portfolio or scaling our cutting-edge Prize Flex product, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing key relationships and ensuring our products reach a global audience.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a hungry, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consultative sales environment. You will be a key door-opener for Push Gaming, focusing on identifying new opportunities and proactively managing high-level relationships to ensure our products reach a wider audience. While you will lead the charge in securing new business, you will benefit from a dedicated internal team that handles the technical heavy lifting of the onboarding process.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Identify and target new business through your market research and proactive engagement with potential operators.

  • Establish and nurture lasting commercial relationships at an executive level, acting as a trusted partner to our clients.

  • Drive the distribution of our innovative Prize Flex solution while championing our core Games Portfolio to maximise revenue growth.

  • Take ownership of the commercial negotiations, navigating high-value, long-term contracts to close deals effectively.

  • Own the sales cycle up to the point of launch, ensuring an effective handover to our internal AM and collaborating with our technical teams for the onboarding and integration phases.

  • Represent Push Gaming’s vision and values at major industry conferences and events to build brand presence.

Who you are:
  • We are looking for a hungry, mid-level professional with a proven track record of hitting targets in a competitive B2B environment.

  • Proven ability to open doors, qualify leads, and manage complex deals where a brand-specific, tailored solution is required.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate legal requirements and negotiate complex commercial agreements.

  • Ability to identify and exploit new sales potential while keeping internal stakeholders informed on market trends.

  • Experience working with a leading B2B provider (games, platform, or payments) and a deep understanding of the industry landscape is of course beneficial, but not essential.

Location: Malta, with regular travel across Europe and potentially worldwide.
Salary: Competitive salary and incentive package, negotiable based on your experience.
