Our client is a well-established global logistics and transportation company. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an aggressive and highly motivated candidate to join them for the following position:

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development plan and account strategy at country level in line with customers time to market requirements
• Regularly review and coordinate of new service activities offering with operations & account managers
• Hunt for new business development through innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans
• Work closely with Regional Director & BD colleagues at the region and global to collaborate on BD opportunities and offerings
• Work with internal operations and account managers for any new opportunities & services offering to the existing customers

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or Business
• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial environment with 3 years consultative selling experience
• Experience in Freight Forwarding or 3PL in established MNC environment is highly appreciated
• Proven record in delivering above average target growth and possible revenue profile change
• Strong interpersonal /communication skills, experience in a team/corporate environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint are essential
• Good command of written & spoken English as well as Putonghua
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Business Development Executive
