We have an opportunity to join our newly created Strategic Accounts and Projects Team. To service our Western Australian-based Oil and Gas customers, this role is required to be based at Welshpool, Western Australia.

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Business Development Manager to build the Company’s portfolio of instrumentation, valves and flow-control solutions with our most significant Oil and Gas, petrochemical, mining and industrial processing customers. The successful applicant will undertake the following duties:

  • Manage both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities for the Strategic Accounts and Projects team.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within strategic accounts, including new product lines, long term agreements, and project pipelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, engineering consultants, EPCs / Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contractors, contractors, and industry partners
  • Promote new products from industry partners as they launch.
  • Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms for major accounts.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies (including market expansion strategies).
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly MS PowerPoint, and Pronto (or similar)

You will be able to demonstrate high level business development/external sales expertise, preferably in the Instrumentation, Valves and/or Stainless Steel industries as well as:
