Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in real estate sales and business development The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, hands-on experience managing Market Requirement Forms (MRF) and Sales Requirement Forms (SRF), and a proven ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships within the real estate sector.
• Manage client requirements through accurate completion and tracking of MRFs and SRFs
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property developers, investors, and clients.
• Conduct market research to uncover growth areas, trends, and competitive opportunities.
• Present and promote real estate products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain CRM records, manage pipelines, and follow up on all leads and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements and documentation are handled efficiently.
• Stay informed on real estate market trends and recommend strategies for continued business growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate industry
• Strong understanding of MRF and SRF documentation and processes.
• Excellent English communication skills (neutral to native accent).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills in B2B and B2C environments.
• Comfortable with cold calling and virtual client presentations.
• Proficient in CRM systems, lead generation, and LinkedIn outreach
• Knowledge of social media marketing and online advertising strategies
• Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven, capable of working independently to meet sales targets.
