We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our B2B growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. The candidate will play a critical role in expanding market presence, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to overall business strategy.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target B2B markets.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to align offerings with client needs.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases to prospective clients.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and relationship management.
- Experience in a business manager or similar client-facing role with revenue ownership.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build long-term partnerships and influence decision-makers at multiple levels.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience working in industries such as SaaS, technology, consulting, or professional services is advantageous.
- Exposure to international markets or enterprise-level clients is desirable.
