We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and establishing strategic partnerships that propel our organization forward.

The ideal candidate will combine visionary thinking with decisive action, demonstrating the ability to navigate the dynamic UAE market while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and market segments to drive organizational growth and revenue expansion
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans aligned with organizational objectives and market dynamics
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders through regular engagement and networking
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify emerging trends
  • Negotiate and close commercial agreements, contracts, and partnerships while ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze business development metrics, sales performance, and market trends to optimize strategy and performance
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing business deals
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, P&L management, and business metrics
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to assess market opportunities
  • Demonstrated expertise in relationship building, networking, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency in CRM software and business development tools
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Preferred: Experience in the UAE or Middle East market and familiarity with regional business practices
  • Preferred: Industry-specific knowledge relevant to our organization's sector
  • Preferred: Data analysis capabilities and digital marketing knowledge
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong work ethic, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
