DB Investing is a leading and dynamic player in the Forex industry, committed to providing innovative financial solutions and excellent trading experiences to our clients. With a global presence and a reputation for integrity, we are expanding our team and seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and partnerships in the Forex Industry and expand our client base in Mexico.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis and Strategy

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company goals.

Client Acquisition and Retention:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, brokers, and partners.

• Identify potential clients and initiate contact to promote our products and services.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to attract and retain clients.

Partnership Development:

• Identify and negotiate partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, liquidity providers, and technology providers.

• Foster and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring mutual growth and success.

Revenue Generation:

• Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Meet and exceed revenue targets through effective sales and business development efforts.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay informed about regulatory requirements in the Forex industry and ensure the company's activities comply with relevant regulations.

• Work closely with the compliance team to implement and monitor compliance processes.

Requirements

Existing Portfolio of LATAM clients, IB and affiliates is a must.

• Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development within the Forex industry.

• Strong understanding of financial markets, Forex trading, and related technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Leadership experience with a successful track record of managing and developing teams.
