The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-performance, sales-driven environment and is passionate about building relationships, winning new business, and driving revenue.

You will take ownership of the full business development cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals and managing client relationships — within the recruitment space.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive new business acquisition across target industries

• Proactively source leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and networking

• Convert warm leads and re-engage existing and dormant clients

• Build and manage long-term client relationships

• Conduct client meetings, understand hiring needs, and position recruitment solutions

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful placements

• Consistently meet and exceed sales and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment

(360 or BD-focused)

• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets

• Confidence in cold outreach and objection handling

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly self-motivated, resilient and results-driven

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
