We are seeking a commercially driven and strategic Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives and build high-value client partnerships. This is a key role focused on expanding our presence with large, multi-site organisations by delivering tailored solutions across Certification, Customised Audits, and Training services.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping business growth—driving revenue, influencing strategy, and strengthening market positioning—while working closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.

This role can be based in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, or Melbourne, with flexibility for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities, with a focus on large, multi-site organisations
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close
  • Develop tailored, value-driven solutions aligned with client needs and commercial objectives
  • Lead and execute sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and pipeline reporting
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of contract documentation and CRM updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and solutions
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business strategy
  • Identify market trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within your territory
  • Develop and implement targeted business plans to drive expansion
  • Support and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and continuous improvement

Qualifications

About You

  • Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role, selling complex solutions to large, multi-site organisations
  • Strong background in certification, auditing, or related service-based industries
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking capabilities
  • Advanced communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
