Job Description

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field. MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the textile/apparel or manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of success in export sales and international client acquisition.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  Strong understanding of global trade regulations, logistics, and compliance.
• Ability to travel internationally as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in target export markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clientele.
  
• Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  
• Collaborate with product development and production teams to align offerings with market demand.
  
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with overseas buyers.
  
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
  
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
