Requirements

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in online performance marketing / ad-tech – must have (iGaming experience – advantage)
  • Fluent spoken and written English – must have
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; ability to switch between detail focus and big-picture view – must have
  • Executive Ownership: High level of independence and self-motivation. Ability to manage complex projects with minimal supervision while maintaining 100% accuracy.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences – must have
  • Advanced analytical skills; data-driven mindset; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel for performance optimizations, ROI tracking – must have
  • Excellent communication skills: clear reporting, persuasive client interaction, and effective cross-team collaboration – must have
  • Familiar working with globally located partners.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Track record managing large, high-value customer portfolios.
  • Strong and effective negotiation skills. the ability to turn any No into a Yes.
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferred

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Actively drive new business development through research, pursuit, and partnership growth.
  • Apply extreme thoroughness in data analysis and contract optimization, ensuring 100% accuracy in all commercial terms and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrates high accountability, taking full ownership of an eight-figure portfolio and its bottom-line performance.
  • Own partner relationships across commercial, financial, and marketing fronts, handling day-to-day execution.
  • Negotiate and optimize commercial terms backed by surgical analysis data and performance metrics.
  • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities within existing partnerships through data analysis.
  • Work hands-on with internal teams and operations to deliver on partner needs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze site performance, turning data into actionable improvements.
