The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting enterprise and multi-location brands interested in DAC’s Local Presence Management (LPM) solutions. This role is highly consultative and focused on prospecting, discovery, and pipeline development. You will work closely with internal sales leadership, strategy, and delivery teams to position DAC as a long-term strategic partner.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and prospect into net new enterprise and multi-location brands aligned with DAC’s Local Presence Management (LPM) target criteria
  • Leverage CRM, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, intent, and research tools to identify, research, and prioritize target accounts and contacts
  • Identify, qualify, and engage the appropriate decision makers and influencers responsible for local search, listings, reputation, and digital performance within target organizations
  • As a true hunter, leverage creative ideas and analysis to break into target brands and schedule discovery meetings
  • Conduct strong discovery conversations focused on uncovering business challenges and mapping them to DAC’s LPM solution
  • Position DAC’s LPM offering clearly against platforms, agencies, and internal solutions
  • Secure and advance qualified discovery meetings with senior marketing and digital stakeholders
  • Build and maintain a healthy new business pipeline through consistent outbound activity and follow-up
  • Collaborate with DAC leadership, Account Directors, and subject matter experts throughout the sales cycle to advance opportunities
  • Support the preparation of proposals and RFP responses and participate in presentations to senior stakeholders as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records in HubSpot, including activity, contacts, and opportunity stages

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience selling digital marketing solutions to enterprise or multi-location brands
  • Proven ability to prospect into net-new accounts and navigate complex sales cycles
  • Strong understanding of Local Presence Management, including listings, reputation, local pages, and local search visibility
  • Consultative sales mindset with the ability to identify business problems and propose strategic solutions
  • Confidence engaging with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers - Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using CRM tools, ideally HubSpot

This role requires three in-office days per week. Remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $105,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for commission, making total compensation inclusive of both fixed and variable components. The estimate displayed represents the base salary range for this position and is just one component of DAC’s total compensation package for employees.
