Working hours Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

Location Don Mueang, Bangkok

Responsibilities :

• Seek business opportunities, pursue and initiate the development of new projects within the company group, including the pursuit of synergy within the group of companies, while concurrently improving the efficiency of existing projects to enhance their value for the group of companies.
• Conduct research and analyze the feasibility of projects, evaluate their strategic and financial impacts, and assess risks in the areas of strategy and finance.
• Prepare financial estimates, financial plans, financial value assessments, engage in business negotiations, and oversee various project execution processes to ensure project success. Continuously monitor, report on, and identify avenues for improving project performance, as well as establish directions for business discussions and cultivate business relationships with partners.
• Evaluate various documents related to joint ventures to ensure alignment with the strategic plans of the group of companies.
• Supervise and oversee work activities to ensure efficiency and evaluate the performance of subordinates using meaningful performance metrics. Additionally, undertake other tasks assigned by superiors that align with the business direction of the company group, in order to support the development of business objectives and adhere to the business operation policies of the company group.
• Monitor project progress and collaborate with the company group to foster business development and continuously improve operational outcomes.
• Report to Vice President, Corporate Accounting & Finance and Chief Financial Officer (Thai)

Qualifications :

• Thai Candidate and age is not over than 35 years old
• Bachelors Degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in M&A Investment Banking, consulting in management and strategy, or business development.
• Proficiency in the English
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and other relevant programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, inquisitiveness, proactive work ethic, a solid analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of business, finance, and numbers
