Job Description


New Business Development:

 Identifying potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization

 Lead a highly-skilled sales & marketing team to run campaigns while ensuring 100% ROI.

 Manage overall sales function to maximize sales, volume & revenue for delivering the organizational objectives.

 Manage the company's brand marketing initiatives, supporting sales, and lead generation efforts using market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy, planning, and execution

 Prospecting for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.

 Setting up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.

 Planning approaches and pitches. Assisting the team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.

 Participating in pricing the solution/service.

 Handling objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion. Using a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

 Presenting an image that mirrors that of the client.

Client Retention:


 Presenting new services and enhance existing relationships.

 Working with internal colleagues to meet customer needs.

 Arranging and participating in internal and external client debriefs.

 Business Development Planning

 Attending industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.

 Presenting to and consult with senior management on business trends with a view to develop new services and expansion opportunities.

 Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

Management and Research:

 Understanding the IMC’s goal and purpose which will be instrumental to enhance the company’s performance.

 Ensuring all team members represent the company in the best light.

 Presenting business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

 Forecasting sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

 Submitting weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

 Ensuring all team members represent the company in the best light.
