We are expanding our presence in the Philippines through mobile installment programs for Transsion brands (Tecno / Infinix / Itel), enabling consumers to enjoy flexible and affordable financing options.


We are looking for a result driven Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth initiatives, manage strategic partnerships, and expand our presence within the Philippine financial ecosystem.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution, with a strong understanding of fintech products, regulatory considerations, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute business development plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across fintech verticals (payments, e-wallets, lending)
  • Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline


Partnerships & Account Management

  • Establish and manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, fintech partners, and enterprise clients
  • Lead end-to-end deal processes, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution
  • Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and account growth


Market & Regulatory Alignment

  • Monitor trends in the Philippine fintech landscape and competitor activities
  • Ensure business initiatives align with BSP regulations and compliance requirements
  • Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams on regulatory matters


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align solutions with market needs
  • Provide market feedback to support product enhancements and innovation


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of leads and opportunities using CRM systems
  • Track KPIs, sales performance, and pipeline metrics
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.
  • Negotiation Prowess: A proven track record of closing complex, multi-year, or multi-million peso deals.
  • Analytical Mindset: High proficiency in data interpretation and the ability to translate "raw numbers" into actionable business strategies.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift rapidly.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of English and Filipino; ability to present complex ideas with clarity and charisma.
  • Bonus: Direct experience in the Fintech sector (e.g., payments, lending, or digital wallets) is a significant advantage.
